Warleigh is a continuous run oval layout, originally designed to allow club members to run their own stock on a large layout. The station track plan took GWR Chipping Sodbury as its basis, suitably modified to fit the design needs. On its first outing to the NEC in 2004, it featured mainly GWR stock, as well as one LNER freight and rather incongruously a pair of Bachmann Virgin Voyager units
