Junior Den

Student members (see club rule 6(2) for limitations) are welcome and this room is provided to let them have a space they can call their own. They are not excluded from joining in any of the club's activities or attaching themselves to other groups in the club or bringing their own stock to run on club layouts.

Since we started the den, the students have built two layouts and are fast developing ideas for a replacement of the existing layout.  

The student meetings are held on Friday evenings, so as not to clash with school work, when they can come and learn more about our hobby. It is required that an adult attends on the evening who will have responsibility for the student.

It should be noted that all applications for Student Membership require the filling in of the application form

PLUS

the parent/guardian is required to fill in the parent/guardian form.

Applications for Student Membership cannot be considered until both these forms have been submitted to the secretary.
